Written on 1/15/24. I have been very busy with work. The post office loves to work its new people more than the old timers (we are cheaper). I did get my own route last week so I am settling into it and getting used to it. But with the post office this time of year the weather is slowing all of us down.Tadd can attest it has been snowing a lot recently here in Utah. It takes me until 7-9 each night to get off. So I come home, shower, eat & go to bed. I get one day off a week which I have been using to catch up on rest. Overall I am doing good. Just gotta get through the next 4-6 months until I become a regular then more than one day off a week should happen.
I started listening to books again using Audible while delivering. It makes the hours go by much faster. So far I have listened to 12 novels since mid-December. The 3 Hunger Games, 3 Hannibal novels, The Talisman, Black House, Watchers, Bind Torture Kill (BTK story), IT, & Salems Lot.
Miss you all and hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. I will keep sending Tadd updates if anything changes.
